Seniors Overview
First Division
Combined structure of both the Premier Division 3rd and 4th grade teams and the Monaro First Division 1st and 2nd Grade teams.
2023 will see the competition continue its combined structure of both the Premier Division 3rd and 4th grade teams and the Monaro First Division 1st and 2nd Grade teams competing against each other across 15 rounds.
In total, there will again be 12 teams – 7 Premier Division (Canberra Royals, Eastern Suburbs/RMC, Gungahlin Eagles, Queanbeyan Whites, Tuggeranong Vikings, Uni-Norths Owls & Western District Lions), along with 5 Monaro First Division (Goulburn Dirty Reds, Hall Bushrangers, Cooma Red Devils, ADFA and Young Yabbies).
