Round 12 saw some challenges to with wild wet weather throuhgout the week shifting games on the weekend due to field and ground closures.
The game of the round went to the Southern Tablelands Monaro Cup, where Cooma Red Devils held on for a 39–38 win over Jindabyne Bushpigs, with the one-point margin making it the closest result of the season.
In the BentSpoke John I Dent Cup, Canberra Royals edged Uni-North Owls 24–21 in another tight contest, while Queanbeyan Whites posted a solid 43–26 win over Western District Lions and Tuggeranong Vikings accounted for Gungahlin Eagles 43–28.
In the BentSpoke Premier 15s, Uni-North Owls continued their impressive form with a 38–14 win over Canberra Royals, while Gungahlin Eagles Premier Women defeated the Tuggeranong Viqueens 24–17.
Vikings produced the highest-scoring result in the Spence Cup, running up 54 points against Gungahlin Eagles in a 54–42 thriller.
The Bungendore Mudchooks were dominant in the Monaro Cup with a 52–17 win over Crookwell Dogs, while Yass Rams were awarded a forfeit win over ADFA Lions.
In the Bellchambers Barrett Canberra Suburban Cup, Bateman's Bay Boars held on for a 31–26 win over Easts White, while the Hall Bushrangers and Uni-North Owls fixture was called off due to wet weather and field closures.
All Premier Third and Fourth Grade teams had byes this round.
The Women's 10s saw a number of matches impacted by wet weather, while the Tuggeranong Viqueens posted a strong 41–10 win over Uni-North Owls and Jindabyne Miss Piggies defeated Braidwood Redbacks 36–25.
